Phillip L. Weser, P.E. – President/CEO

Co-founder of March-Westin Company, Weser supervises overall administrative activities and serves as a construction manager, project manager and estimator. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia Tech in 1973 and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh in 1984. Phil began his career with Bechtel Corporation as cost/schedule engineer and later worked for Mellon-Stuart Company as estimator, project manager, and team leader. Weser was named Entrepreneur of the Year from the Morgantown Area Chamber of Commerce in 2012, WV Small Business Person of the Year in 2002, and Construction Entrepreneur of the Year in 1998.

Robert L. Weser, P.E. – Vice President

Bob began working at March-Westin in June of 1993 as a project manager and estimator. Before coming to March-Westin, Bob  worked for the West Virginia Air Pollution Control Division as Chief of Compliance, Permitting and Hazardous Waste Incineration. He is a graduate of West Virginia Tech with Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and from Ohio University with a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Currently Bob serves as the manager of estimating and quality control.

Jamie Ridgeway – Vice President of Operations

Jamie joined the March-Westin team in May of 1999. He is in charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of project management and coordinates field employees for various jobsites. Jamie is a graduate of West Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and from the University of Pittsburgh with an Executive Masters degree in Business Administration. Jamie is a 2010 WV State Journal Generation Next Recipient and he currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Associated Builders & Contractors of West Virginia.

Kevin L. Salisbury, CPA – Controller/CFO

Kevin joined March-Westin in November of 1993. He is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Kevin’s job duties includes supervising the accounting department, preparing external GAAP based financial statements as well as internal managerial reports, preparing corporate and shareholder tax returns, maintaining records for all subsidiaries and related entities, overseeing the  IT department including network administration, and software/hardware selection and Web development.

Marguerite Gabriele-Horvath, M.S., J.D.– Legal Advisor/Human Resources Manager

Marguerite joined March-Westin in June of 1995. She is a graduate of West Virginia University with of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, a Juris Doctor in Law and a Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations. Marguerite is in charge of the coordination of litigation and other legal matters as well as the administration and compliance of a wide range of human resources functions including policy development, employee benefits, and training.
